Before you submit

On-site cooking requires an outdoor, ground-level service area of approximately 12 ft × 12 ft. Special venue or park permits, when required, are the client’s responsibility.

A quote request does not create a binding catering contract. Service is secured after the required deposit is received.

In 2012, Chef Carlos Ortega decided to formally pursue his passion for cooking fresh, quality, authentic Mexican food by opening Artesano Taco.

Growing up in Durango, Mexico, Chef Ortega brings homemade, wholesome recipes he learned from his mom, Doña Delia.

Today, he specializes in a variety of tacos, always served with fresh tortillas made onsite by hand. Artesano Taco can also create a menu tailored to meet the needs of your event.
